The 7th hearing of Yasin Börü, Husain Dakak, Riyad Gunes and Hasan Gokgoz who monstrously slaughtered by PKK have been held in Ankara 2nd high Criminal Court where 41 defendant are on trial and 19 of them are detained.  

Secretary-General of HUDA PAR and party spokesman Mehmet Yavuz stated after the hearing that the hearing wasn’t different then other usual hearings.

Yavuz indicated that their observations and demands are known relevant to this issue and continued, “in order to fulfills the conscience of crowds, to relieve the conscience of victims’ relatives, and the most important fulfillment of the sense of justice, carrying out the extension of investigation in order to realize justice, we had a request that the instigators to be included in the processes and phrases of court. We don’t believe the fulfillment of sense of justice will come as long as this is not being done.”  He said.

 “Also law enforcement officers who haven’t don’t their job and instigators must be included to the case”

Yavuz stated that also law enforcement officers who haven’t done their job and instigators must be included to the case and continued to his speech:

Especially in Diyarbakir region, those who called people to streets with the excuse of Kobani actions, abettor and instigators who occasioned to bloodthirstily slaughtering these young and law enforcement officers certainly must be included to the case. In the reality of work, we see police commanders, law enforcement officers have been pended under the coup attempt reason, and they have been arrested who were on the job that time.  Actually this left nothing more to say. In the reality of work, we don’t believe the result that will fulfill the sense of justice will deduct in a court that not include these.

 “If it goes like this then the hearing will be consist of theatre”

Yavuz said the 7th hearing of the case wasn’t that different than other hearings, which it consists of some controversy between principles and procedures and if it goes like this then the court will be consist of a theatre he indicated.

 “All the institutions of the state need to be in an attitude that will change the course of hearing”

Yavuz emphasized that they don’t find it right to have frivolous attitude in the rare case in Turkey and lastly added:

All the institutions of state need to be in an attitude that will change the course of hearing if they want to fulfill the sense of justice that will fulfill the conscience of the crowd, if they want to be an obstacle in front of such a wildly, brutally, with monstrously feelings of  killing people.
