HUDA PAR Chairman Zekariya Yapicioglu participated on Rehber TV ‘Agenda Special’ program moderated by prime-time newscaster Yunus Emiroglu, answered questions of investigative writer Kenan Celik and ILKHA news director Olcay Ersoy on the agenda.

Yapicioglu started his speech on commemorated those who lost their lives in Marmara earthquake on August 18, 1999, he wished mercy from Allah for those who lost their lives and wished to not happen such kind of pains again.

A regulation has been done under legislative decree with No: 671 announced in Official Gazette, Yapicioglu reminiscences thus, opened the evacuate road for 38 thousand people, pointed out that the purpose of regulation is the occupancy rate in prisons.

Sorted crimes that remain outside of the scope of regulation, Yapicioglu reminded those jailed by judges and government attorneys of FETO/PDY and indicated that people who are inmate for crimes of robbery, bribery, malpractice, bodily injury and fraud will be released. Yapicioglu, “Today a great number of people will not be able to benefit of this, those who have been jailed by the decision of busted judges and prosecutors for being members of terrorist organization.” he said.

Yapicioglu has said that in early 2014 the Government was in a search for a formula to release those jailed because of Ergenekon and Balyoz cases, stated that after the result of defendant had individual applications to Supreme Court, the Chancery Court has corrupted the files and they have acquitted.

Yapicioglu, “In this matter, a serious sincerely test came in front of Government but the Government failed. There are people in the army try for a coup but the Government has changed a direction. The Government has only seen injustice towards themselves, they only removed their grievances. Well, those judges and prosecutors only gave penalty to those Ergenekon and Balyoz soldiers? Today, everyone sees that, they behaved unjustly towards a great number of people, just to keep all areas for themselves; they unimaginably treated people unjustly. For instance, to raise their man in public sector, they wanted to remove the one who is in managerial position and appoint their man to that position.  When they were unable to do that, they have conspired to the one who is in managerial position, slandered, and killing his honor, humiliated him in public. Maybe accused him of stealing, if not enough then showed him as terrorist, busted him, judged him and imprisoned him. Just because they showed up with the image of Islamic community, they have played with the dignity of all Islamic communities in Turkey.” he stated.

 “Those who said ‘you are exaggerating’ about the parallel structure, now says ‘you have been saying missing’”

Yapicioglu pointed that it was the Government caused the parallel structure to root in public, “It has been almost 14 years that you are in power. It is you caused to those people to root that much in public. The biggest sin is yours in this regard. We also even were saying to AK Parties, is there something has been constituted in the law enforcement, or is it the law enforcement itself does this, there are very serious conspires. Not exist evidence but they constitute evidence. They arrest some people wantonly, whatever their reasons, with conspires on them, they make life miserable for those people. We go to the court and we fail to make them understood. Judges and prosecutors make freak decisions. The thing they told us that time is ‘You exaggerate, why the police and judge of state need do this?’. Now when we faced with the same people ‘you have been saying missing’ they say.”

 “Also the biggest reason of this severe slap on Mischievous Network is because of the curses of people they oppressed”

Yapicioglu continued his speech: “You will enact a law, and then you will keep some people out of the scope by saying ‘Public reaction or what people in west will say or what will others says’. If you make action that will attract the wrath of Almighty Allah, if you think ‘what will those say to us’ politically but not consider on this matter when you go into the presence of Allah ‘what will Allah say to us, what kind of question Allah will ask, how will we answer’, although you can remove the atrocities they did, unless you don’t remove, you will get such a slap you don’t know where it came from if those oppressed people who have been exposed to their persecution start cursing on you. Do not shame on yourself, neither on this people. Also the biggest reason of this severe slap on mischievous network is because of the curses of people they oppressed. I believe this with all my heart and warn the Government from here.” he said.

 “A Muslim will ask for his rights from people but should never forget that the actual actor is Almighty Allah”

Yapicioglu uttered that many people ask him ‘When those will be released who are in jail because of their Islamic identification exposed with the tricks and oppressed of parallel judgment and law enforcement’ and continued, “I told too many of them: Maybe they will be released when you stop asking these questions and I remind them this. Remember the story of Yusuf Prophet. When Prophet Yusuf was in Egypt’s jail, two guys in jail dreamed and He analyzed a dream of one of them and said; ‘you will be released, you will squeeze grape for Egypt’s king, you will be back to you job again. And you mention about me in front of your master’. Just because He was in such expectation, he was in jail maybe for 3 years but then he stayed in Egypt’s jail for 7 more years. A Muslim will ask for his rights from people but should never forget that the actual actor is Almighty Allah.”

 “This sin is a big sin even can overthrow the Government”

“It is nothing else but a terrorist activity to punish people in this way, slaughter them, and deprivation of their liberty by using judiciary power.” said Yapicioglu and continued: “How they paved the way for 38 thousand people, again with a single regulation they can say: ‘All documents those have been signed by the eased out or arrested policemen because of being member of a terrorist organization, have become suspicious.’ There has might be given right decisions among those documents but all documents have become suspicious. A commission can examine these documents and at least can pale the way for retrial, should pale the way. Otherwise this sin is a big sin even can overthrow the Government.” he said.

“The issue of Syria”

Yapicioglu stated that they will be pleased if the talk between Turkey, Iran and Russia is serve for the resolve of the Syria’s issue, and continued, “Organizations in Syria which are fighting against each other or against the regime, almost all of them have a connection with somewhere. Don’t get this negatively in any case. Some of those organizations are stalking horse of imperialists’, but some are backing from right and left. So, it is not that easy for people in there to obtain that much weapons and to provide their subsistence while fighting with their own power. Thereby, the surrounding countries Turkey, Iran, Saudi Arabia, gulf countries and other all Islamic countries are included. They are backing to some groups in there. Therefore, they have influence over those groups. They are on the position to make them listen. This issue can be resolved with politics if everyone convinces the groups that they can make listen to sit around the table.” he said.

“Turkey-Israel Agreement”

Yapicioglu described as abasement for the draft law ‘The approval of procedural arrangement related to compensation that found appropriate between the Republic of Turkey and State of Israel’ that presented to Parliament.

“With this agreement, Israel will credit 20 million dollars to an account that designated by Turkey in 25 days. After these 20 million dollars, there won’t be any criminal or judicial investigations or case for Israeli citizens who live in Turkey or other countries’ citizens who act on behalf of Israel. According to this agreement, Turkey will reimburse for those who demand about the fleet from terrorist network Israel or from one who act on behalf of Israel. So no one can ask anything from Israel. Cases are in process will drop.  After that, cases will not be opened because of the agreement. They commit this to Turkey. What Turkey has been saying: ‘blockade will be clear‘; there is no anything about the blockade in the agreement. This agreement is nothing but a basement.”

Hakkari and Sirnak are removed from being province because of security matters said Yapicioglu, he didn’t find it as right to give province status to somewhere or remove it from begin province just because of political or security matters. (İLKHA)
