Search and arrest decision was taken for 13 judges and prosecutors in Siirt. 5 judge and 5 prosecutors were arrested within the order of Siirt’s chief republic prosecutor. And 3 justice personal were being searched for.

Among the staff got arrested also there are remarkable names. Amongst the arrested staff also there are prosecutor Umit Murat Ulker and his wife, judge Selda Serefli Ulker who released PKK members that were arrested with their guns after threatening people in Siirt during the June 2015  elections to vote for HDP,  to ensure HDP get enough votes to be in the parliament.

According to the reports; Tens of attacks were organised in Siirt right before the 7th June 2015 election in order to spread fear amongst voters so that they would vote for HDP and the HDP would be in the parliament. 7 PKK members were arrested within the operation organised in June 2015.

After the interrrogation prosedures, the PKK memebers were sent to court with arrest recommendation. But evaluating the activities as “freedom”, Selda Serefli Ulker, released the PKK members.

PKK members named Y.K and B.K got arrested during attack preparations recently. Also M.A that acted within order of Y.K and B.K ditching pits were arrested with their gun. All these three people that sent to court within arrest recommendation were released in the court as well.

Again 5 PKK militants, cought in Siirt while stopping cars for ID check with their faces covered were released by prosecutor Umit Murat Ulker, reported.

Release decision of all 19 PKK members were arrrested during their actions in Siirt, were released by judge Selda Serefli Ulker and her husband, prosecutor Umit Murat Ulker, reported.

The Ulker couple that were arrested in scoop of coup attempt, were assigned by the Prosecutors and Judge high committee (HSYK)in 2015.(ILKHA)
