Free Quds Platform slams Israel-Turkey deal
Reacting to deal between Israel-Turkey, Free Quds Platform pointed to the condition of Lifting the Blockade over Gaza that Turkey has put forward from the beginning as one its three stipulations, isn't fulfilled with this agreement.
The reactions arise after Zionist Israel and Turkey reached an agreement. Slamming the deal by releasing a written statement, Free Quds Platform underscored that Turkey’s one of the three stipulations that the ‘blockade on Gaza must be lifted’ hasn’t been realised by this deal.
Indicating that “we don’t accept the deal which will rebuild the relations between Turkey and Israel” it is said in the statement: “the Turkey’s condition, that was stipulated from the beginning of the conflict was removing the blockade on Gaza, hasn’t been fulfilled. Mavi Marmara’s mission hasn’t been accomplished and people of Gaza left to Zionist occupation. Turkey, as a state, may seek some other ways regarding its benefits, the international conjuncture and at the very point which presents Turkey a power balance. Losing the ties with Syria and Russia and weakened relations with the USA due to PYD may lead Turkey feel desperate. To overcome this solitude, Turkey may have approached Israel. Turkey’s choice doesn’t mean that we approve this and we don’t. We have to consider the issue with our principles. We are the same point as we were yesterday, we will stand with Quds, Masjid al Aqsa and people of Gaza.”
At the end of the statement, it is emphasized that: “as Free Quds Platform, we will pursue our struggle till the salvation of Quds, Masjid al Aqsa and liberation of all Palestine soils.” (ILKHA)
