HUDA-PAR delegation led by general management committee member Mahmut Kilinc visited people of Midyat that were injured due to bomb loaded vehicle attack in previous days and listened to their problems.

Kilinc was accompanied by HUDA-Par Mardin provincial representor Sehmus Akman and Midyat chairman Isa Altunkaynak.

Besides visiting the shopkeepers that their shops were around the Police department building that the attack was experienced Mahmut Kilinc, also visited a teacher whose wife got injured in the attack and listened to their problems.

Kilinc, in his speech during visiting the shopkeepers, stated that the attack was brutality and explained that he condemns this kind of attacks that targeting the innocent civilians.

"The PKK has targeted Midyat which is a city of asylum and brotherhood"

Indicating that PKK organizes attack regardless of whom was targeted and Kurdish people have been experiencing big victimizations as a result of the attacks, Kilinc says: “Knowing that civilians will be harmed PKK to organize this kind of bombed attacks is violency. Not being able to get the support of public, PKK is experiencing insanity. PKK who couldn’t reach their goals in Sur, Sirnak, Cizre, Idil and Nusaybin, now have targeted Midyat which is city of asylum and brotherhood.”

“We can stop this persecution if we react together”

For the persecutions experiencing to stop people should stand against the persecutors all together and people should raise their voice Kilinc, says: “Undertaking the subcontracting of external powers PKK, deceiving hundreds of our youth made them dig pits, set barricades and caused them to be killed by police and soldiers. This kind of struggling doesn’t have anything to do with the rights of Kurdish people. Targeting innocent civilians PKK, within these kind of their attacks once again proves that they don’t recognize any religious or humanitarian values. Innocent people are massacred by bomb loaded vehicles in the holy Ramadan month. We can stop this persecution if we react all together.”

“PKK has victimized thousands of Kurdish people”

Indicating that innocent Kurdish people were victimized the most due to the attack of PKK Kilinc, says:

“Claiming that they fight for the rights of Kurdish people PKK, fell on error by thinking that the support was given to HDP was given to their armed struggle. Within this policy, they caused thousands of Kurdish people to be victimized, fall in refugee situation and their houses to be destroyed. They wanted to put Midyat into the same situation as well. Midyat didn’t deserve this attack. They think they can punish the people of Midyat that host all victims, in this way. That is why the attack in Midyat made us upset.”

Expressing their satisfaction due to this visit of HUDA-PAR shopkeepers, indicate that they harmed hugely in this attack.
