Issuing a press statement over the bomb attack which was carried out in Midyat, a south eastern town, HUDA PAR Head Office condemns the attack, which is regarded as a terrorist act, strongly.

It is said in the statement that: “today, a bomb laden car targeted Midyat Police Department at about 10.50 this morning. According to the last reports 4 people, 2 of them are police officers, lost their lives and 40 of our people were injured. We condemn this bomb attack which intended people’s lives in residential areas. We wish mercy for those who lost their lives in the attack and we wish swift recovery for wounded.”

Underlining that this kind of acts causing loss of civilians are terror actions, it is said:

"Again our innocent civil people got hurt most in the bomb attacks staged both yesterday in Istanbul and today in Midyat. We consider detonating bombs in the crowds resulting in casualties of civilians as terror and anarchy acts and we condemn this kind of actions. There is no any rightful justification to conduct such violence acts, detonating bombs in residential areas, as a method whatever the target is.”

It is said at the end of the statement that: “We hope to end this kind of sufferings that our people have been experiencing for months, we hereby wish mercy from God to those who lost their lives and swift recovery for wounded.  (ILKHA)
