At least 13 Palestinians killed in Israeli airstrikes on Gaza
At least 13 Palestinians were killed and dozens injured in a series of Israeli airstrikes that targeted multiple locations across the Gaza Strip early this morning.
In a particularly devastating attack, Israeli warplanes struck a makeshift tent sheltering displaced families in the Al-Mawasi area, west of Khan Younis, resulting in the deaths of 11 people, including women and children.
Two brothers were also killed in a separate airstrike in northern Gaza. Additionally, Israeli artillery shelled the western areas of the Nuseirat refugee camp, causing further casualties and injuries.
The ongoing Israeli aggression, which has lasted since October 2023, has resulted in a staggering death toll of over 45,553 Palestinians, with more than 108,379 injured.
Thousands of victims remain trapped under the rubble, inaccessible to rescue teams due to the continued Israeli attacks.
Despite calls for an immediate ceasefire from the UN Security Council and directives from the International Court of Justice, Israel continues its relentless assault on Gaza, disregarding international law and humanitarian principles. (ILKHA)
