Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan to attend Syria meeting in Jordan
The Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs has announced that Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan will represent Türkiye at a high-level meeting on Syria to be held in Jordan on December 14, 2024.

In a press release issued on Friday, the ministry confirmed Fidan’s participation, underscoring Türkiye's commitment to addressing the ongoing challenges in Syria.
"Hakan Fidan, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Türkiye, will participate in the meeting on Syria to be hosted by Jordan on 14 December 2024," the statement read.
The meeting is expected to bring together regional stakeholders and international partners to discuss political solutions to the Syrian crisis and strategies for enhancing stability in the region.
