The statement, delivered by Hüseyin İmir, the party's Vice President and Head of Foreign Relations, criticizes the lack of dialogue between the Syrian regime and opposition forces, highlighting the negative consequences for Syria and the region.

In his statement, İmir highlighted the Syrian regime’s failure to engage in meaningful dialogue with opposition forces, attributing the ongoing chaos and instability to this absence of communication. "The lack of consensus between the regime and the opposition risks escalating the conflict further, potentially leading to Syria's total destruction," he warned.

The prolonged instability has opened the door for foreign powers, notably the United States and Russia, to intervene, transforming a national crisis into a regional threat. According to İmir, the involvement of these external forces has fragmented neighboring Islamic nations—Turkey, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, and others—hindering unity and weakening their collective ability to address issues such as the plight of Palestine.

İmir underscored that the first step toward peace is to halt the violence. "The Assad regime's rejection of Türkiye’s dialogue proposals following the recent Zionist atrocities in Gaza and Beirut only diminishes hope for a peaceful resolution," he noted. "Dialogue must replace weapons to stop the suffering of the Syrian people and the ripple effects on neighboring nations."

HÜDA PAR proposes a multi-pronged approach to achieve peace and stability in Syria. Firstly, an immediate ceasefire is essential to prevent further bloodshed. Secondly, dialogue between the warring parties, facilitated by regional powers like Turkey, Iran, and Iraq, is crucial. This dialogue should aim to establish a new, inclusive Syrian constitution that guarantees the rights of all ethnic and religious groups. The party also emphasizes the importance of ensuring the safe return of refugees displaced by the conflict and preventing further demographic changes within Syria.

Finally, the statement identified Israel’s expansionist agenda as a critical threat to regional stability. İmir stressed the importance of unity among Islamic nations, particularly Syria, Iran, and Türkiye, to counter this shared danger. "Conflicts within these countries only serve Zionist interests," he asserted, calling for a unified strategy to resist external manipulation.

After 13 years of relentless war, the Syrian people have endured profound suffering—death, displacement, and loss of property. İmir stressed that they deserve a life of peace, dignity, and human rights. "It is the duty of all parties to create conditions that allow Syrians to rebuild their lives in their homeland," he concluded.

HÜDA PAR’s statement is a reminder that the Syrian crisis is not insurmountable. By prioritizing dialogue, inclusivity, and cooperation, a brighter future is possible for Syria and the region as a whole. This roadmap offers a beacon of hope for a nation long torn by conflict and suffering. (ILKHA)
