According to the report, airstrikes conducted on Thursday, November 21, 2024, resulted in 62 fatalities and 111 injuries. 

This latest figure raises the total number of casualties since the onset of the hostilities to 3,645 deaths and 15,355 injuries. 

The continued escalation of violence has gravely affected civilian populations and strained Lebanon's critical infrastructure, including healthcare services, as the conflict persists. (ILKHA)
