Türkiye and Congo strengthen ties with education cooperation
Türkiye and the Republic of the Congo have signed a significant education cooperation agreement, aiming to strengthen bilateral ties and promote educational development.
The agreement was signed by Turkish Education Minister Yusuf Tekin and Congolese Minister of International Cooperation and Public-Private Partnership Promotion Denis-Christel Sassou Nguesso. The ceremony took place at the Ministry of National Education.
Minister Tekin emphasized the crucial role of education in fostering lasting cooperation between the two nations. He highlighted Türkiye’s advancements in education, including its extensive school infrastructure, technological integration, and focus on vocational training.
Minister Nguesso expressed his appreciation for Türkiye’s educational expertise and commitment to international cooperation. He emphasized the importance of vocational education in empowering young people and addressing labor market needs.
