Hezbollah strikes major Israeli air base with rockets
Google News'te Doğruhaber'e abone olun.

The base, located about 40 kilometers south of the Lebanon-Israel border near Haifa, is a central hub for Israeli air force equipment, transport operations, and an engine production facility.

Hezbollah announced the operation as part of its ongoing "Khaybar" series, targeting Israeli military infrastructure in retaliation for perceived atrocities by Israeli forces. The group emphasized that these strikes are focused on critical intelligence sites and other high-value targets across Israel.

In addition to the HaHotrim attack, Hezbollah deployed a swarm of attack drones against the command center of Israel’s Ramim Brigade, striking the Hunin barracks with what it described as "precision" hits. The movement also targeted the 146th Division's logistical base, situated north of Sheikh Dannun village near Nahariya, as well as the Shraga base north of the city of Akka (Acre) with a separate missile barrage.

One of Israel’s main air bases, Tel Nof, located south of Tel Aviv, was also struck by Hezbollah during this wave of attacks.

Hezbollah’s actions reflect heightened hostilities and the growing intensity of cross-border attacks. The strategic targeting of Israeli military assets underscores the group's intentions to retaliate against what it considers aggressive policies, while amplifying pressure on Israel’s defense infrastructure.
