As of Saturday, the ministry confirmed that ongoing strikes have resulted in 3,186 deaths and 14,078 injuries since the start of hostilities, according to the ministry.

In the latest developments on Saturday, Israeli airstrikes claimed the lives of 53 civilians and left 99 others injured, according to health ministry data. Southern Lebanon has borne the brunt of these strikes, with reports of targeted residential areas in various towns.

In al-Shahabiya, a residential neighborhood was struck, resulting in loss of life and additional injuries. Marwanieh saw further tragedy as an airstrike hit a home, killing one individual and wounding several others. Around 4:30 p.m., an airstrike in Jmayjmeh within the Bint Jbeil district killed three civilians.

Additional artillery shelling was reported in the western outskirts of Burj al-Mulouk and Deir Mimas, near the historic al-Shaqif Castle, amplifying destruction across civilian areas.

The coastal region around Tyre has been significantly impacted, particularly Burj Rahal. Here, the Israeli Air Force targeted the Ain al-Touti area, causing widespread damage. In nearby Blat, a residential home was also struck, while the village of Khiam endured additional artillery bombardments.

In Deir Qanoun Ras al-Ain, an airstrike on a gathering point for medics led to the deaths of 14 people, including seven emergency responders. Health officials condemned the strike on rescue teams as a violation of international humanitarian law.

In the Jbeil district, the village of Almat suffered extensive casualties from an Israeli airstrike, with 23 reported fatalities, including seven children. Rescue teams continue their efforts to recover and identify victims from the rubble, and the death toll is expected to rise. Currently, 24 fatalities and eight injuries have been confirmed, with some victims critically wounded.

The southern city of Saida saw multiple airstrikes, including areas between Baysarieh and Qaaqaiyat al-Sanawbar. Additional attacks struck Adlousiyah near the Khirb locality. In the Nabatieh district, airstrikes were reported between Jibsheet and Kfar Dajjal.

In the Bekaa region, particularly the Baalbek-Hermel area, airstrikes have led to rising casualties. An airstrike on Zaghrine-Mazraat Sajed killed four and injured one. In Badnayel, three civilians were killed, and six were wounded. Another strike in Shaat resulted in four civilian deaths.

In a particularly tragic incident, an airstrike on Ras al-Hadath claimed the lives of four family members: Nidal al-Haj Hassan, his wife Iktimal, and their daughters Israa and Batoul. Their son, Youssef, survived but sustained injuries.

Further attacks in Baalbek-Hermel targeted Sar'een junction, killing one and injuring seven others, while the Bayt al-Lakkis neighborhood saw three civilians wounded in yet another strike.

The Lebanese Ministry of Public Health emphasized the severe impact of these ongoing airstrikes on civilian areas, particularly on healthcare and rescue operations. The Ministry’s Emergency Operations Center continues to document violations and has urged international bodies to address accountability under international humanitarian law, as the death toll rises across the affected regions.
