Turkish consumer confidence improves in October
The Turkish Statistical Institute (TÜİK) announced today that consumer confidence in the services sector increased by 1.5% in October compared to the previous month.
The seasonally adjusted confidence index for services reached 114.2.
Meanwhile, consumer confidence in the retail trade sector saw a slight increase of 0.1%, reaching 110.7. However, confidence in the construction sector declined by 1.7%, falling to 86.3.
Overall, the data suggests a positive trend in consumer sentiment in Türkiye, particularly in the services sector. (ILKHA)
