This marks a significant shift from the past, where resolutions were frequently passed against the Islamic Emirate.

During a program in Kabul, Kabir emphasized the importance of engaging with world countries and assured that there are no issues in the Islamic Emirate’s interactions with the global community. He stated, "We have reached a level in the political sector where two permanent members of the Security Council cooperate with us most of the time. Even regarding the law of ‘Amr bil Ma’ruf’ (Promotion of Virtue), which caused a stir around the world, the United Nations and the Security Council were unable to issue a resolution against us."

Kabir reiterated the Islamic Emirate's commitment to ensuring that Afghan soil is not used against other countries. He addressed concerns about groups in Afghanistan causing problems, asserting that such claims were unfounded both in the past and present.

Highlighting the progress made in the political sector, Kabir noted that the Islamic Emirate currently has 40 active diplomatic missions worldwide. He also mentioned his recent trips to Iran and Qatar, where he held discussions with representatives from various countries, including France, Canada, Australia, South Korea, Italy, Germany, and the United States. These representatives indicated that, aside from the issue of girls' education, they have no problems interacting with the Islamic Emirate.

"I very boldly told them [representatives of the countries] that except for the issue of women's education, we are ready to engage with you on any other matter you have,” Kabir boldly stated.

Additionally, Kabir criticized the 20-year presence of the US in Afghanistan, noting that drug usage had peaked during this period. (ILKHA)
