Alsattri's death raises the total number of Palestinians brought to Ankara for treatment and subsequently martyred to 35.

Israeli occupation forces have been accused of committing ongoing genocide and massacres against civilians in Gaza for over a year. The relentless bombardment in the region has led to an escalating death toll, with the condition of many of the wounded deteriorating.

A funeral prayer for Alsattri was held at Hacı Bayram Veli Mosque in Ankara. Her coffin, draped in both Palestinian and Turkish flags, was surrounded by representatives of political parties, NGOs, and members of the Palestinian community. Following the noon prayer, a large crowd, led by the Ankara Palestine Solidarity Platform, gathered to honor the martyr.

Alsattri’s body was laid to rest in Karşıyaka Cemetery, with mourners reciting prayers and chanting slogans of solidarity. (ILKHA)
