Israeli forces kidnap Palestinians in West Bank raids
Israeli occupation forces (IOF) launched a series of raids across different areas of the West Bank, arresting multiple Palestinians, including former prisoners.
In Nablus, IOF arrested five young men, including Qusay Al-Najjar, at the "Awarta" military checkpoint. Though they were later released, reports indicate that they were severely beaten while in custody.
In Tubas, the village of Tayasir was stormed amid heavy gunfire, leading to the re-arrest of ex-prisoner Moataz Bari from his family home in Qalqilya, just one month after his release from Israeli jails.
A Palestinian child was injured by a gunshot in Salfit during IOF raids, which sparked violent clashes in the city. The child suffered a gunshot wound to the thigh.
In Ramallah, two young men, Muhammad Sarhan and Awda Kamal, were detained after their homes in Silwad town were raided and searched by Israeli forces.
Additionally, two brothers were taken from their family home in the Al-Fawwar refugee camp, located south of al-Khalil (Hebron).
In Occupied Jerusalem, violent clashes erupted in the town of Anata following midnight raids by Israeli military vehicles, during which sound bombs and tear gas were heavily fired. (ILKHA)
