Diyarbakır set to host march marking anniversary of Operation Aqsa Flood
A large march will be held in Diyarbakır on Sunday evening to commemorate the first anniversary of Hamas' Operation Aqsa Flood against Israel, which began on October 7, 2023.
The march, will be organized by Islamic Civil Society Organizations, aims to express support for Palestine amidst ongoing Israeli genocide in Gaza. The event highlights widespread solidarity with Palestinians from around the world.
The march is scheduled to start at 19:00 on Sunday, October 6, in the Kayapınar district of Diyarbakır.
Organizers have called on the people of Diyarbakır—men, women, young, and old—to join the event, emphasizing the importance of standing in solidarity with Palestine.
