Ayatollah Khamenei warns Israel of more severe retaliation after missile strikes
Following Iran's missile strikes on Tuesday, the Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, issued a stern warning to the Israeli regime, stating that future attacks would be "more severe and painful."
In a statement posted in Hebrew on social media, Ayatollah Khamenei warned the Zionist regime of escalating consequences for its actions. "With God's help, the blows that the Resistance Front will deal to the dilapidated and decaying body of the Zionist regime [of Israel] will become more severe and painful," he declared.
This statement came after Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps (IRGC) launched hundreds of ballistic missiles at Israeli territories as part of a second wave of retaliation against Israeli military targets. The missile strikes followed previous retaliations in response to Israeli acts of aggression in Palestine and Lebanon, including the targeted assassinations of key figures in the Resistance Front.
Iran's missile attacks have intensified amid rising tensions between the two sides, signaling Tehran's resolve to retaliate against further hostilities. Ayatollah Khamenei's message underscores Iran's commitment to the Resistance Front and its readiness to confront the Israeli regime with more forceful actions if necessary.
This development marks a significant escalation in the ongoing conflict between Iran and Israel, with both sides bracing for potential future confrontations. (ILKHA)
