A Hope Caravan delegation, which traveled from Istanbul to Uganda last week, has been carrying out various aid efforts in the region. For about a week, they slaughtered votive, aqiqa, and thanksgiving sacrifices donated by philanthropists and distributed the meat to those in need.

In addition to these efforts, the foundation organized a Mawlid Dinner in celebration of the Mawlid Al Nabi. They also initiated a project to build a mosque named after Martyr Ismail Haniyeh, which recently broke ground following successful fundraising.

The foundations’s “Dairy Goat Distribution” initiative aims to provide a sustainable source of nutrition for the families, making a significant impact on their daily lives. This initiative is part of the foundation’s broader commitment to humanitarian aid in the region.

“We are delighted to see the happiness of the families who received the dairy goats donated by philanthropists. We are deeply grateful to those who contributed to this joy,” said Mehmet Nurullah Günaydın, the Secretary General of Hope Caravan Foundation.

The ongoing efforts by the foundation continue to bring much-needed relief and hope to the people of Uganda. (ILKHA)
