The ministry's daily update highlighted the devastating toll of recent Israeli operations, including three massacres in the past 24 hours, which left 26 people dead and 84 injured, excluding casualties from the most recent assaults.

One of the most severe attacks occurred on Tuesday in the al-Bureij refugee camp in central Gaza. Israeli forces targeted a heavily populated residential area, resulting in the deaths of more than 50 people, according to an Al Mayadeen correspondent.

The Gaza Civil Defense reported that the residential area was hit with heavy U.S.-made bombs and accused Israeli drones of firing at their teams as they attempted to reach the scene, further hindering rescue efforts. The Civil Defense called on the Red Cross to intervene and help coordinate access to the site, where dozens remain trapped under the rubble.

Entire families were reportedly wiped out in the al-Bureij massacre, with many of the deceased still buried beneath collapsed buildings. The Civil Defense continues to receive distress calls from civilians trapped inside the bombed homes, underscoring the ongoing humanitarian crisis in Gaza. (ILKHA)
