Death toll in Gaza surges to over 41,000 as Israeli attacks continue
The death toll in the Gaza Strip has climbed to 41,226, with more than 95,413 people injured since the Israeli occupation forces intensified their military offensive on October 7, according to local health authorities.
In the last 24 hours alone, Israeli forces have committed three massacres targeting Palestinian families, resulting in the deaths of at least 20 people and the injury of 76 others, medical sources reported. The majority of the victims are women and children.
Emergency services in Gaza are struggling to reach those trapped under the rubble or scattered across the streets, as the Israeli occupation forces continue to obstruct the movement of ambulances and civil defense teams, making rescue operations nearly impossible.
The humanitarian crisis in Gaza continues to worsen, with local authorities warning that the true scale of casualties may be far higher, as many areas remain inaccessible. (ILKHA)
