Palestinian man dies from injuries following Israeli drone strike in Tubas
A Palestinian man, Saif Mithqal Abu Dawas, 27, succumbed to his wounds today, ten days after being injured in an Israeli drone strike that targeted a vehicle in the city of Tubas.
Abu Dawas was critically injured on September 5th when Israeli forces bombed a vehicle in the northern West Bank city. Five other young men were killed in the attack. He had been receiving treatment at Ibn Sina Hospital in Jenin but tragically passed away from his injuries.
In response to his death, the Factions Coordination Committee in Tubas announced a general strike and mourning in the city to honor his memory.
The Tubas Governorate has faced ongoing Israeli military raids and sieges since August 28, part of a larger Israeli offensive in the northern West Bank. These operations have resulted in the deaths of 17 Palestinians, exacerbating tensions in the region. (ILKHA)
