Magnitude 4.1 earthquake hits eastern Türkiye's Erzincan province
A magnitude 4.1 earthquake shook the Refahiye district in Türkiye’s eastern Erzincan province on Friday morning, according to the Disaster and Emergency Management Presidency (AFAD).
The tremor occurred at approximately 09:48 local time (TSI), with the epicenter located at 39.95278 degrees latitude north and 39.1375 degrees longitude east.
The earthquake struck at a depth of 9.48 kilometers, AFAD reported on its official website.
