Hamas hails border operation as retaliation against Israeli genocide
Hamas has praised a shooting operation at the Jordan-West Bank border that killed three Israeli security personnel on Sunday, describing it as a "natural response" to the ongoing genocide against Palestinians in Gaza and the West Bank.
In an official statement, the Palestinian Resistance Movement emphasized that the act was in retaliation to Israel’s ongoing military operations in Gaza, its alleged plans to "judaize" Al-Aqsa Mosque, and the broader occupation of Palestinian territories.
Hamas also stated that the operation signifies the strong opposition of Arab populations in both Palestine and Jordan to Israeli actions, reinforcing their support for the Palestinian resistance in defending Jerusalem and the Al-Aqsa Mosque.
The group hailed the attacker, referring to him as a martyr, and called on Arab and Islamic nations to take a stand against the aggression and destruction faced by the Palestinian people. (ILKHA)
