According to local sources, Israeli military vehicles, accompanied by two heavy bulldozers, entered Tulkarm city from the western entrance after withdrawing from Tulkarm camp at dawn.

The forces have established a tight siege around the city, restricting the movement of residents and blocking access to and from the camp.

The Israeli forces have set up checkpoints at several key locations in the city, including the eastern neighborhood, Nablus Street, Shuweika Roundabout, Al-Quds Open University Street, and the vicinity of the Martyr Thabet Thabet Governmental Hospital. They have obstructed ambulances, conducted searches, and checked the identities of medical staff.

In addition to these measures, dozens of soldiers have been deployed in various neighborhoods, with snipers stationed on the roofs of tall buildings. The area has seen heavy gunfire, and low-altitude reconnaissance aircraft have been circling the city since yesterday afternoon.

The military operation has resulted in significant damage to the city's infrastructure, including the electricity network, leading to widespread power outages. Bulldozers have caused extensive damage to property throughout the camp.

Tragically, a Palestinian minor, Mohammad Kanaan, was killed early Tuesday morning during the raid. Reports indicate that Kanaan, who was with his father, was shot in the head by Israeli snipers. His father was also injured and both were transported to the Martyr Thabet Thabet Governmental Hospital.

Israeli forces continued their operations by storming the suburb of Ezbet al-Jarad, east of Tulkarm city, where they raided the home of local resident Ashraf Abu Sabil. During the raid, sound bombs were used, and the occupants were interrogated. No detentions were reported.

In addition, the Israeli military has kept the Jabara Bridge closed at the southern entrance to Tulkarm city for the second consecutive day, preventing vehicular traffic in both directions.

The ongoing aggression in the West Bank, which began on October 7, 2023, has resulted in the deaths of 683 civilians, with 31 casualties reported since last Wednesday. The fatalities include 18 in Jenin, 6 in Tulkarm, 4 in Tubas, and 3 in Hebron. (ILKHA)
