The aggression resulted in the deaths of four Palestinians, several injuries, and extensive damage to the infrastructure.

According to local sources, the Palestinian Red Crescent Society and Civil Defense teams were finally able to enter Nour Shams camp after the IOF’s withdrawal. The camp had been subjected to violent raids, with homes set ablaze, numerous arrests made, and civilians subjected to field interrogations.

Eyewitnesses reported significant destruction caused by the IOF, including the devastation of main streets, water and sewage networks, the uprooting of electricity poles, and the demolition of homes and vehicles. The municipal crews have begun clearing rubble and dirt mounds from the roads in preparation for rehabilitation efforts in the coming days.

The assault on Nour Shams camp left severe damage to the camp’s infrastructure, particularly to the main water and sewage networks, as well as to the properties of local residents, including homes, shops, and commercial establishments.

Among the four fatalities were Ayed Mahmoud Abu Al-Haija, 62, who was shot in his home in Nour Shams camp; Muhammad Samer Jabe, 26; Majd Majed Daoud, 21; and an unidentified martyr whose body was seized by the IOF.

In addition to the fatalities, dozens of young men were detained and subjected to lengthy field interrogations, during which they were reportedly beaten and abused.

The aggression also included a drone attack in the Al-Manshiya neighborhood of Nour Shams camp, injuring two young men. The IOF further stormed and searched several homes in the camp, interrogating residents—including children, women, and the elderly—and converting some homes into military outposts.

The IOF’s operation extended beyond the refugee camps to the city of Tulkarem, where heavy machinery, bulldozers, and reconnaissance aircraft were heavily deployed. (ILKHA)
