Hezbollah launched a large-scale operation involving rockets and drones targeting Israeli military sites, which Hamas described as a "strong and focused response" that struck "deep inside the Zionist entity." The statement further criticized the Israeli government, labeling the response as a significant setback for what it termed a "fascist occupation government."

Hamas also condemned Israeli airstrikes on Lebanon as a "flagrant violation" of international norms, asserting that Israel poses a threat to regional and global security.
