France battles devastating wildfires
Wildfires in France's southern Hérault region have destroyed more than 400 hectares of land.
Two fires broke out in the Gardiole Massif and near the town of Nissan-lez-Enserune, located along the southern coast of the Hérault region.
Despite the efforts of hundreds of firefighters, supported by two helicopters and a firefighting plane, the flames continue to spread, leading to evacuations in threatened areas.
Authorities are working tirelessly to bring the situation under control, but the fires remain a significant challenge. (ILKHA)
