Iranian President Pezeshkian presents cabinet nominees to parliament
Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian has formally submitted his list of proposed cabinet ministers to the Iranian Parliament (Majles) for approval.
The announcement was made on Sunday, marking a key step in the formation of Pezeshkian's government following his election in a runoff on July 5.
The proposed cabinet members are:

Amin-Hossein Rahimi for Ministry of Justice
-Brigadier General Aziz Nasirzadeh for Ministry of Defence
-Farzaneh Sadegh for Ministry of Roads and Urban Development

The Majlis is scheduled to begin debates on the proposed cabinet members on Saturday, August 17. The discussions will span four days, with two regular sessions each day.
