Türkiye's Central Bank reserves rise by $2.375 billion
The Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey (CBRT) announced Thursday that its total reserves experienced a substantial increase of $2.375 billion during the week ending August 2.
This brings the total reserves to $150.386 billion, up from $148.11 billion the previous week.
A breakdown of the figures reveals that gross foreign exchange reserves climbed by $584 million to reach $92.491 billion.
Simultaneously, gold reserves witnessed a more significant surge of $1.791 billion, bringing the total to $57.895 billion.
This growth reflects the CBRT's efforts to bolster its financial position amid ongoing economic developments. (ILKHA)
