In Gaza City, neighborhoods including Al-Zeitoun, Al-Sabra, and Tal Al-Hawa were struck by several artillery shells amidst heavy gunfire from Israeli military vehicles. Drones were reported to be flying intensively over the western part of the city.

The central Gaza Strip also faced significant attacks. Two airstrikes hit the Abu Ghoula land area in Nuseirat camp, and shelling occurred near the Gaza Valley Bridge, northeast of the camp. Additionally, machine guns were fired east of Al-Maghazi camp and Al-Masdar village, while artillery shelling targeted homes southeast of Deir Al-Balah city.

The eastern area of Al-Qastal towers in Deir Al-Balah was bombed, and the vicinity of the waste dump area to the east was also targeted. In the southern part of the Gaza Strip, Qizan al-Najjar area in Khan Yunis experienced two airstrikes, and the western areas of Rafah city were hit by artillery bombardment.

Since the beginning of the Israeli offensive on Gaza on October 7, 2023, the attacks have resulted in the deaths of 39,583 civilians, predominantly children and women, and injured 91,398 others. Thousands of victims remain trapped under rubble and scattered on roads as rescue teams struggle to operate amid ongoing Israeli attacks and widespread destruction. (ILKHA)
