HÜDA PAR’s Serkan Ramanlı expresses hope for Gaza’s liberation following Ismail Haniyeh’s martyrdom
HÜDA PAR Spokesman Serkan Ramanlı voiced hope for the liberation of Gaza and the downfall of Israeli occupation regime during a mass gathering in Ankara held in memory of Ismail Haniyeh, the Political Bureau Chief of Hamas.
The event took place at Ankara’s Hacı Bayram Mosque following the Asr (afternoon) Prayer to honor the martyrdom of Haniyeh.
Ramanlı, alongside MPs, civil society representatives, and citizens, gathered to pray for the deceased Hamas leader and condemn the actions of Israeli occupation regime.
In his speech, Ramanlı expressed strong condemnation of Israel and reiterated commitment to the Palestinian cause. “After receiving the news about the martyrdom of Ismail Haniyeh, we gathered at Hacı Bayram Mosque with MPs in Ankara, representatives from civil society organizations, and citizens. We prayed for the martyr, while condemning and cursing Israeli oppression with strong words. In our prayers, we renewed our commitment to Quds, hoping to enhance our revival, unity, and strength. Ismail Haniyeh carried out numerous activities to advocate for the Palestinian cause on the international stage and strived to be the voice of our Palestinian brothers,” Ramanlı stated.
Ramanlı further emphasized that the Palestinian cause remains steadfast, asserting: “We are confident that our brothers in Gaza will never retreat from their resistance. However, we want to see how sensitive Muslims and people with conscience are in their stance for the oppressed. We believe that our Lord’s help is near and that He is with the fighters. But how much is the rest of the world doing its part? How effective can they be? We are searching for answers to these questions. InshaAllah, as the Islamic Ummah and all people with a conscience, we will witness Gaza’s freedom and the end of the Zionist regime together.”
The gathering underscored the continuing support for the Palestinian cause and highlighted the ongoing commitment to achieving justice and liberation for Gaza. (ILKHA)
