Erdoğan: World must unite to stop Israel's 'genocide and barbarism'
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan condemned Israel's actions, labeling the state a global threat and calling for international intervention in his speech to AK Party provincial heads.
Erdoğan described Israel as a "lawless state" that poses a significant threat not only to Palestine and Lebanon but to the entire world. He stressed that the actions of Israel extend beyond regional conflicts and have global implications.
Erdoğan drew a parallel to Nazi Germany, stating: "Hitler had been stopped, even if belatedly, by the alliance of the United States of America and the Soviet Union." He emphasized that just as the world united to stop Hitler's atrocities, there needs to be an urgent and unified global response to stop Israel's "genocide, savagery, and barbarism."
The President called on the international community to act immediately, urging an "alliance of humanity" to intervene before it is too late. He highlighted the urgency of the situation, warning that failure to act could lead to further escalation and widespread catastrophe.
Erdoğan criticized Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, accusing him of orchestrating a "massacre network." He urged those in power to intervene and halt the actions of Netanyahu's administration. Erdoğan expressed awareness of Netanyahu's alleged intentions to spread conflict throughout the region and potentially the world.
Erdoğan stated: "We are aware of what the murderer called Netanyahu is seeking to achieve, what kind of a catastrophe he is trying to drag our region and the entire world into." He condemned Netanyahu's attempts to escalate the situation in Gaza and spread instability across the region.
Erdoğan emphasized that Türkiye's actions and statements are aimed at preventing further conflict and bloodshed. He stated, "Whatever we do, we do it to prevent such a scenario. Whatever we say, we say it to stop the tears and bloodshed in our region." The President underscored Türkiye's commitment to peace and stability in the region.
Erdoğan's comments reflect heightened tensions and criticism of Israel's actions in the Middle East. His call for an international alliance to stop Israeli policies underscores his strong stance against aggressive and harmful actions by the Israeli government. The speech highlights Türkiye's position as a vocal critic of Israel and its commitment to advocating for Palestinian rights and regional peace. (ILKHA)
