HÜDA PAR organizes paragliding protest over Lake Iznik to highlight proposed anti-genocide law
HÜDA PAR Provincial Presidency in Bursa has drawn attention to a proposed law concerning the trial of Turkish citizens involved in genocidal actions in Gaza with a dramatic paragliding stunt over Lake Iznik.
Zeki Aras, the head of HÜDA PAR Provincial Presidency, executed a paragliding jump from 1,500 meters, flying over Lake Iznik with a banner reading #ÜlkemdeSiyonistİstemiyorum ("I don't want Zionists in my country"). The stunt was intended to highlight the party's proposed bill, which seeks to address dual citizens involved in genocide.
The proposal has been under discussion following a motion to review the law, which aims to cancel the citizenship of Zionists, seize their assets, and subject them to trial. The event over Lake Iznik drew significant visual and technical interest, with drone footage capturing both the dramatic display and the surrounding landscape.
Speaking during the event, Zeki Aras stated: “As HUDA PAR Bursa Provincial Presidency and organization, we stand by Palestine. We never want Zionists in our country. We want all citizenships of the zionists to be canceled immediately, and at the same time, we want their assets to be confiscated and they should be tried at Turkish courts. That is why we are in the sky for raising awareness about Gaza. Long live free Palestine.”
The paragliding protest effectively captured public and media attention, reflecting the party's commitment to the proposed legislation and its stance on the ongoing Israeli genocide in Gaza. (ILKHA)
