Gaza genocide: 39 more killed as death toll reaches 39,363
The Gaza health ministry reported on Monday that the Israeli occupation army committed three massacres in various areas of the Gaza Strip over the past 24 hours, resulting in the deaths of at least 39 civilians and injuries to over 93 others.
A significant number of victims remain trapped under the rubble of bombed buildings or lying on roads, according to local sources.
In a statement, the health ministry confirmed that the Israeli army's actions in different parts of Gaza had led to numerous civilian casualties within the last 24 hours. At least 132 individuals, including 39 martyrs, have been transported to hospitals.
The ongoing Israeli bombardments and shooting attacks, which began on October 7, have caused the death toll to rise to 39,363 martyrs, with 90,923 people injured, according to the health ministry.
The Gaza Strip has been subjected to intense bombardment since the cross-border operation launched by Hamas’s armed wing, al-Qassam Brigades, on October 7. The relentless attacks have resulted in substantial casualties and widespread displacement of people.
Additionally, the 2.3 million residents of Gaza are facing severe shortages of basic necessities, including food, fuel, water, and medical supplies, due to the stringent Israeli blockade and extensive destruction of infrastructure and facilities. (ILKHA)
