This rally was part of a series of weekly events organized by the Prophet’s Lovers Foundation since the onset of the Aqsa Flood Operation. The foundation has been steadfast in its efforts to keep the international spotlight on Gaza and to mobilize public support for the Palestinian cause. The rally in Diyarbakır was marked by impassioned speeches, collective chants, and displays of solidarity, reflecting the deep concern and commitment of participants towards the plight of the Gazan people.

Mullah Abdulkuddus Yalçın, a key figure in the ITTIHADUL ULEMA Board of Directors, addressed the crowd with a stirring speech that underscored the urgency of the situation and the importance of collective action. Yalçın’s address was a call to action, emphasizing both the spiritual and practical dimensions of supporting Gaza. “With Allah's permission, victory will be for Muslims in the near future,” Yalçın declared, offering a message of hope amid the ongoing conflict. He elaborated on the moral and religious imperative for Muslims to stand united in the face of adversity and to take meaningful action against oppression.

Yalçın’s speech touched on the broader context of the Islamic Ummah's struggles, urging a sense of global solidarity. “We are going through difficult times. Wherever in the world our Muslim brothers and sisters are under persecution, if we are disturbed by this situation, we are Muslims,” he asserted. He criticized the historical complacency of the Islamic world regarding Zionist aggression, emphasizing that mere words are insufficient and that concrete actions are necessary. “Alhamdulillah, believers show that they are one body and make us feel uncomfortable with the situation of our brothers and sisters in Gaza,” Yalçın said, reinforcing the need for practical support and activism.

One of the central themes of Yalçın’s speech was the concept of boycott as a form of jihad. He urged the audience to understand the boycott not merely as a symbolic act but as a significant and impactful form of resistance. “Boycott is very important and it is our jihad. The jihad of Muslims who are not in Gaza today is boycotting. Never underestimate and neglect it!” he emphasized. Yalçın argued that participating in a boycott aligns with the broader struggle of those directly affected by the conflict and serves as a powerful tool in undermining the resources and legitimacy of the aggressors.

Following Yalçın's speech, Üzeyir Yuva, representing the Prophet’s Lovers Foundation, read a detailed press statement that condemned the ongoing violence and atrocities committed by the Zionist occupation forces in Gaza. Yuva’s statement highlighted the unprecedented nature of the persecution faced by Gazans, describing it as a grave and systematic campaign of violence. “An unprecedented persecution has been going on in Gaza for almost 10 months,” Yuva noted, criticizing the Zionist alliance for its blatant disregard for international norms and human rights. He described the attacks as a genocidal campaign, targeting not only militants but also innocent civilians, including babies, children, women, and the elderly.

Yuva also addressed the inadequacies of the international response to the crisis, highlighting the failure of global institutions to effectively intervene and halt the violence. “The Zionist occupation regime could not break the steel will of the people of Gaza and destroy their will to struggle,” he stated, acknowledging the resilience and perseverance of the Gazan people despite extreme adversity. Yuva criticized the international community’s passive stance and the ineffectiveness of diplomatic and legal measures taken to address the genocide. “The Zionist Nazi alliance continues its genocide by ignoring court decisions and international directives,” Yuva said, asserting that the only viable solution to stop the atrocities may be through more assertive and immediate actions.

In his speech, Yuva called for a reformation of international power structures, arguing that the current global balance favors the oppressors. “It is time to break the balances established by the unipolar Zionist alliance of evil,” Yuva argued. He advocated for the creation of a coalition of free nations and peoples to counter the oppressive forces and establish a new paradigm based on justice and equity. “The operations of Yemen and Lebanon against the occupation regime and on the side of Gaza have created the ground for the unification of this power,” Yuva stated, emphasizing the need for solidarity and collective action among nations that oppose Zionist aggression.

Yuva also highlighted the broader implications of the Gaza conflict for global politics and international relations. He criticized the hypocrisy of modern Western ideals such as human rights and freedom, which he argued are undermined by the ongoing violence in Gaza. “The Gaza attacks are ringing the alarm bells for other countries,” Yuva warned, noting that the aggressive stance of the Zionist occupation forces poses a regional threat and has implications for global stability. He emphasized that the brutality inflicted upon Gaza serves as a dire warning to neighboring countries and the international community about the potential for further escalation.

In his concluding remarks, Yuva made a direct appeal to political leaders and the international community. He called on all political parties and members of parliament in Türkiye to support HUDA PAR’s proposed legislation, which seeks to address Turkish citizens who have participated in the Zionist occupation forces. “We remind that it is a conscientious and humanitarian responsibility for all parties and MPs to support HUDA PAR’s law proposal,” Yuva said. He urged a unified effort to end the Zionist occupation regime and reaffirmed the foundation’s commitment to defending the Palestinian cause. “We will continue to defend the cause of Jerusalem with determination and determination until the Zionist occupation regime is thrown into the sea and wiped off the map,” Yuva concluded, encapsulating the rally’s message of resolute opposition and solidarity with Gaza.

The rally and the statements made by Yalçın and Yuva reflect a broader movement within Türkiye and the Muslim world, aiming to address the ongoing conflict in Gaza through political activism, public demonstrations, and legislative action. The event underscores the intense commitment to supporting the Palestinian cause and challenges the global community to take more decisive and effective actions against the ongoing violence and oppression.
