Otunbayeva emphasized that such talks could foster constructive relationships and noted that establishing these connections aligns with the desires of Western communities.

During the meeting, which also included discussions on the outcomes of the third Doha meeting and the Islamic Emirate’s interactions with the international community, Otunbayeva highlighted UNAMA’s efforts to enhance access to microloans across all Afghan provinces.

She reported that UNAMA is working on establishing two key committees focused on supporting Afghanistan's private and banking sectors and combating drug trafficking, based on decisions made at the Doha meeting.

Otunbayeva also mentioned that several countries have expressed interest in managing these newly established committees.

In response, Mawlawi Abdul Kabir, Deputy Political Chief of the Prime Minister’s Office, praised UNAMA’s mission and its support for the Afghan people. He commended the United Nations for accepting the Islamic Emirate's conditions at the third Doha meeting, describing the decisions made as crucial for addressing Afghanistan’s challenges.

Kabir reiterated the Islamic Emirate's commitment to fostering positive and constructive international relations, reflecting Kabul’s intent to engage with the global community. (ILKHA)
