In a statement on X, Minister Uraloğlu confirmed the successful completion of the satellite's fourth ignition phase on Tuesday.

"The 4th ignition, initiated at 21:50 and lasting 38 minutes, was successfully completed. This maneuver has effectively adjusted the satellite's rotation speed," Uraloğlu stated.

According to an infographic shared by the minister, the next phase involves the fifth ignition, with plans to position Türksat 6A in a temporary orbit at 50 degrees east starting from July 23. The satellite is slated to reach its operational orbit at 42 degrees east by October, with operations expected to commence in November.

Türksat 6A, launched into space aboard SpaceX's Falcon 9 rocket on Monday, has passed all necessary tests, marking a significant milestone in Turkey's space ambitions. (ILKHA)
