On May 4, 2024, HÜDA PAR's General Administrative Board, led by Chairman Zekeriya Yapıcıoğlu, decided to hold the congress on July 7. Since then, the party headquarters has accelerated its preparations, culminating in the near completion of the necessary organizational work.

"Our congress commission has been diligently overseeing all preparations. Following the General Administrative Board's decision, we submitted our application and relevant documents to the Supreme Election Board. We also secured our venue and submitted the list of 952 delegates who will vote, along with the congress agenda items,” Hüseyin İmir, a member of the Congress Organizing Commission, told Ilke News Agency (ILKHA).

İmir added that the party has prepared and distributed invitations to political parties, NGOs, opinion leaders, academics, embassies, and foreign representative offices. "Our media and promotional activities are ongoing, and we are in the final stages of our general preparations to host party members, delegates, and guests," he said.

The congress program will commence at 10:00 AM, with the official opening set for 11:00 AM. İmir emphasized the innovative spirit of each congress, stating, "Each congress brings new excitement and dynamism. In our 5th Ordinary Grand Congress, we see the change of duties as a passing of the torch. Our new members will strive to advance our party's goals further."
