Day 267 of Gaza genocide: 37,834 Palestinians killed, 86,858 injured
The Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip reported that Israeli occupation forces committed three massacres in the past 24 hours, resulting in the deaths of 40 people and injuries to 224 others.
On the 267th day of the ongoing Israeli genocide in Gaza, the death toll has reached 37,834 Palestinians, with 86,858 injured, according to the daily report published by the Health Ministry.
The Ministry of Health detailed that some of the injured were transported to partially functioning hospitals, while many victims remain trapped beneath the rubble, with rescue crews unable to reach them.
The Israeli military campaign in the Gaza Strip continues with intense bombardment of the al-Shujaiya neighborhood in southeastern Gaza City. This area is experiencing ongoing confrontations between the Palestinian Resistance and Israeli occupation forces attempting to penetrate the sector.
Local sources reported a new wave of civilian displacement from the al-Shujaiya neighborhood amid the ongoing Israeli bombardment. Additionally, a large number of women, including elderly women, have been detained by the occupation forces.
The Israeli occupation's shelling has also impacted other neighborhoods in Gaza City, including targeted attacks on a house in the city center and artillery bombardments in the al-Zaytoun and al-Daraj neighborhoods.
In the central Gaza Strip, the Israeli military bombed a house in al-Maghazi and shelled al-Rashid Street near the Wadi Gaza Bridge, west of al-Nuseirat camp. Israeli drones also opened fire on displaced and war-stricken Palestinians in the area.
In the southern part of the Strip, local sources confirmed that occupation tanks fired intensively at refugee tents in the al-Mawasi area, northwest of Rafah, setting fire to the tents.
The genocide in Gaza continues with severe humanitarian consequences as the international community calls for an immediate ceasefire and a resolution to the ongoing violence. (ILKHA)
