Erdoğan and Pashinyan reaffirm commitment to normalizing Türkiye-Armenia relations
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan held a phone conversation, where they exchanged holiday greetings and discussed recent developments, including a commitment to fully normalize bilateral relations.

During the call, Prime Minister Pashinyan congratulated President Erdoğan on Eid al-Adha, while President Erdoğan extended his best wishes to Prime Minister Pashinyan for the upcoming Vardavar festival. President Erdoğan also conveyed his condolences for the recent flood disaster in Armenia's northern regions.
The conversation underscored the mutual political will to normalize relations between Türkiye and Armenia without preconditions. Both leaders emphasized the importance of continuing dialogue through their respective special envoys and reaffirmed the progress made in the talks so far.
President Erdoğan and Prime Minister Pashinyan also noted the positive ongoing dialogue between high-ranking officials from both countries.
