According to social media posts from HÜDA PAR's Erbil Representative Office, Yapıcıoğlu sent his best wishes to Iraqi Kurdistan Region (KRG) President Nechirvan Barzani, Prime Minister Masrour Barzani, and Kurdistan Democratic Party President Massoud Barzani.

Yapıcıoğlu also reached out to other prominent figures in Iraqi Kurdistan, including Ali Bapir, Chairman of the Komaleya Dadgeri (Justice Community) Party; Mamoste Irfan Ali Abdulaziz, leader of the Kurdistan Islamic Movement; and Kamil Haji Ali, leader of Peywendi Islami of the Kurdistan Islamic Movement (Bizutnewe).

Additionally, congratulatory messages were sent to National Coalition Chairman Aram Qadir, Iraqi Kurdistan Islamic Unity Party (Yekgirtu) Leader Salahaddin Mohammad Bahaeddin, Minister of State for Ethnic and Religious Aspects Aydin Marouf Selim, and Turkmen National Will Party Chairman Mahmoud Chalabi.
