Zionist occupation forces killed six Palestinians and injured another during a raid in the Kafr Dan village, west of Jenin, on Tuesday evening, according to the Palestinian Health Ministry.
The Ministry confirmed that six young men were gunned down and another was injured in the incursion into the northern West Bank village. Local sources reported that Israeli special forces infiltrated the village and surrounded the house of the al-Abed family. Army reinforcements were deployed, leading to confrontations with local residents. The soldiers demanded through loudspeakers that a young man inside the house surrender and fired shoulder-launched missiles at the residence.
Video footage shared online showed an Israeli army helicopter opening fire over the town. The sources added that Israeli soldiers prevented ambulances from reaching the scene and fired at them.
The Palestinian Red Crescent Society announced that its medics evacuated the body of a slain Palestinian and treated another individual who sustained a critical head injury from a live round fired by Israeli soldiers. The fatality and the injured person were rushed to the Jenin Government Hospital, confirmed by hospital director Wessam Baker.
