Hezbollah intensifies strikes on Israeli positions near Lebanon border

Hezbollah's military media issued detailed statements outlining the operations and their outcomes.

The first statement reported that at 12:10 am on Wednesday, June 5, 2024, Hezbollah fighters ambushed a group of Israeli soldiers at the Al-Malkiya site, targeting them with artillery shells and achieving a direct hit.

Subsequently, at 9:00 am on the same day, Hezbollah targeted a gathering of Israeli soldiers near the Birket Risha site with rocket weapons, according to the second statement.

A third statement detailed an attack on Tuesday, June 4, 2024, where Hezbollah fighters used rocket weapons to strike a deployment of Israeli soldiers in the Hanita Forest.

The fourth statement affirmed that at 2:00 pm on June 5, 2024, Hezbollah fighters destroyed an Iron Dome platform at the Ramot Naftali base with a guided missile, hitting it directly.

Further, at 3:45 pm on the same day, Hezbollah targeted the Al-Samaqa site in the occupied Lebanese hills of Kfar Shuba with rocket weapons, achieving another direct hit, as reported in the fifth statement.

The sixth statement highlighted an assault using an attack glider on June 5, 2024, which targeted Israeli soldiers at the Al-Baghdadi site, resulting in confirmed injuries among the troops.

Finally, the seventh statement reported that Hezbollah fighters targeted another gathering of Israeli soldiers near the Al-Malkiya site on June 5, 2024, inflicting direct hits with appropriate weapons.
