The victims were identified as Abdul-Fattah Jabara and Ahmed Rajab from Tulkarem refugee camp. Eyewitnesses reported that ambulances were prevented from reaching the scene.

While the IOF claimed the young men had fired at their soldiers, local sources suggest that indiscriminate gunfire led to their deaths. In response, a general strike was declared in Tulkarem province to mourn the loss of these young martyrs. (ILKHA)
