Two killed, seven injured in in Pennsylvania hookah lounge shooting
A shooting early Sunday at Ballers Hookah Lounge and Cigar Bar in Penn Hills resulted in the deaths of two individuals and injuries to seven others, according to the Allegheny County Police Department.
Authorities received reports of the shooting at approximately 2:53 a.m. Upon arrival, first responders discovered a woman and a man deceased inside the establishment. Seven additional victims were found at the scene, with one currently in critical condition.
Several victims were transported to local hospitals by emergency services, while a few others sought medical treatment independently.
Preliminary investigations by the Allegheny County Police Department indicate that an altercation inside the bar escalated, leading to multiple individuals opening fire. The police are continuing their investigation into the incident.
The investigation is ongoing. No arrests have been made at this time. (ILKHA)
