The attacks resulted in the deaths of at least 14 people and left numerous others injured.

Ali al-Qahoum, a member of the political bureau of Yemen's Ansarullah resistance movement, conveyed Yemen's determination to respond to the aggression. In an interview with Lebanon’s al-Mayadeen television, al-Qahoum asserted that the American-British coalition would not be able to deter Yemen's retaliation. He emphasized the potency of Yemeni strikes, stating that ballistic missiles could effectively target desired locations at sea and in occupied Palestinian territories.

Al-Qahoum also criticized the US for its alliance with Israel and support for the invasion of the Gaza Strip, suggesting that such actions indicated a lack of interest in de-escalating tensions in the region.

Nasruddin Amer, another member of Ansarallah's political bureau, expressed confidence in the eventual triumph of both the Yemeni and Palestinian nations, labeling it as a divine promise that would come to fruition.

The statements emerged following reports from Yemeni media detailing US-British airstrikes hitting various targets, including a radio station building in the al-Hawak district of Hudaydah, and communications networks in the Hayfan district of Ta'izz, and multiple buildings in Sana’a province. According to Yemen's al-Masirah television channel, the strikes resulted in 14 fatalities and over 30 injuries.

Yemen's Armed Forces have conducted numerous strikes in solidarity with Palestinians since October 7, coinciding with the onset of the Gaza war initiated by the Israeli regime. (ILKHA)
