Erdoğan expresses optimism for Senegal’s future in call with Macky Sall
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan held a phone conversation with former President Macky Sall of Senegal, addressing the ongoing relations between Türkiye and Senegal as well as various regional matters.
During the call, Erdoğan expressed his hope that the results of the recent elections in Senegal, held in March, will bring positive outcomes for the country. He conveyed his belief that the strong and prosperous relations between Türkiye and Senegal will continue to flourish.
Additionally, Erdoğan took the opportunity to congratulate Sall on the occasion of Africa Day, celebrated on May 25, recognizing the significance of the day for the continent.
