4.4 magnitude earthquake shakes Çorum
A magnitude 4.4 earthquake jolted the Mecitözü district of Çorum province in northern Turkey on Thursday, according to the Disaster and Emergency Management Presidency (AFAD).
The tremor struck at 5:57 PM local time (14:57 GMT) with a depth of 13 kilometers. Fortunately, there have been no initial reports of casualties or major damage.
